We're looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and hands on Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will enjoy the challenge of successfully communicating to a variety of customer groups, gaining an in-depth knowledge of market intelligence to grow our customer base, provide clear and reliable forecasting and drive sales results under profitable contract terms.
What do you need?
- Excellent communication skills
- MUST have the right to work in the UK
- The ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Evidence of Sales experience
- Must understand Injection Mold experience
- To demonstrate agility to adapt to changing circumstances whilst respecting key processes
- Ability to simplify complex information to enable key decisions to be made in a timely manner
- Strategic mindset
- Travel is an essential part of this role
- Degree or relevant qualification
