Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency, Haslemere

£20K basic, £30K OTE

Permanent, full time

Nestled in the heart of the busy country town of Haslemere, our client is a successful and respected independent estate agency offering sales and letting services in the areas surrounding Haslemere, Liphook, Grayshott and Hindhead. We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join their experienced team.

You must have at least a year sales negotiation experience as well as a Level 3 NAEA accreditation. Knowledge of the local area is also required. A mileage allowance will apply whilst using your own vehicle and a pool car may be available at times.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.45pm and Saturdays (on rotation) of 8.45am to 4pm. The company offers a pension, 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising by a day a year after 5 years of service.

The role will include:

  • Generating valuation leads
  • Undertaking market appraisals and winning new business
  • Preparing marketing details
  • Monitoring web marketing
  • Instructing board movements
  • Maintain feedback contact with vendors
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Generating and progressing offers
  • Sales progression

As a Sales Negotiator you will ensure customer satisfaction at all times for both sellers and buyers. You will also work to agreed personal monthly targets with the Directors and commission is calculated on the banking generated.
