This is an opportunity to work within a skilled team in New Product Design and Development, influencing the design and launch of new products to Harwin's portfolio, whilst cross functionally integrating with tooling and manufacturing departments. The primary duty of the successful candidate would be to lead the Product Design team, contributing to the design and development of interconnect solutions, whilst meeting project deadlines and department KPI's.

What do you need?

• Degree level qualification or equivalent in Product Design/Engineering.
• Experience in a Product Design role.
• Understanding and use of Creo Parametric or Solidworks software, with FEA experience.
• Experience in leading an individual or team or be able demonstrate the skills necessary to step into this role.
• Ability to follow instructions to a high degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn about production processes, design parameters and standardisation.
