Part of the Electrical engineering team that reports to the Principal Electrical Design Manager, working collaboratively with multi-discipline engineering teams. Responsible for effectively delivering and managing design solutions for medium sized complex projects, from inception to in-service. Works collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders including project managers, other engineering disciplines, end user, client, and maintenance organisation. Efficiently self-manages own priority tasking and supports less experienced team members.

Working Monday-Friday paying upto £55,000pa DOE.

What do you need?

• Degree/HND or eqivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with High Voltage Systems, Building systems including LV Distribution
• MUST be a BRITISH CITIZEN

• Experience and good knowledge of the full engineering lifecycle from inception to in-service

• Excellent oral and written English

• Knowledge of Scada systems networks would be beneficial but not essential

• Knowledge of all engineering, procurement, and construction aspects of delivering major projects.

• Ability to work directly with the client without direct management supervision and instruction

• Logical thinking and working in an ordered fashion

• Experience mentoring junior engineers
