Reporting to only the Engineering Manager, this role will see you being a key, respected part in projects from the initial conception, all the way through R&D, integration, commissioning and following up any issues.
Your experience with Electronic design will be vital as you will be leading the team designing PCB Layout, Schematic Capture, circuits, simulation & analysis, and 3D modelling, whilst validating all designs. Once products have been designed, you are also given the freedom to design, plan, build and deliver the testing methods/ equipment necessary to put your product to the test.
As you are in charge of your area, you will have an Electronics Engineer to assist you how you see fit.

Dependant on experience, this role is paying a salary up to £48,000 with a performance-based bonus (up to 10% of salary). Along with that, comes flexi working time, a generous pension contribution, increased holiday allowance with service as well as a chance to earn more holiday through flexitime.
