These picturesque, Victorian style homes specialise in working with adolescent males who have complex needs associated with sexually inappropriate behaviour, helping them learn and develop in a secure, structured and therapeutic environment.

As well as a generous starting salary of 24k rising to 25k after 6 months, you will also receive an extra 1.6k for sleep in shifts! You will also be enrolled onto the company pension scheme! You will have a 40-hour work week, and this will be paid monthly.

As an experienced senior support worker in Childcare, bearing your NVQ Level 3, you will use your compassionate nature to ensure a caring and stimulating environment for the young people taking into account their development needs in order for them to reach their full potential as well as guiding and supporting your team to promote best practice.
