Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager working with in a construction and small works Industry? This might just be the role for you covering the Bristol, Cardiff and Newport area paying upto £45,000pa!
What will I be doing?
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the high quality, on time and on budget operational
delivery of all service orders secured by the business (maintenance, repairs, call-outs and refurbishments) in
a manner which meets or exceeds customer expectations. The Service Deliver Manager will manage
Scheduling, Stock and Parts Co-ordination, Performance on Site and Post Completion Reporting and
Invoicing. The Service Delivery Manager will also contribute as requested to the development and growth
of key customer accounts.
So what do I need?
- Previous Sales/Account Management experience.
- Construction, Building services or small works background.
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to lead a team and work to tight deadlines
