Shop Assistant
Full time
Chichester - West Sussex
£8.75ph
A local garden centre is looking for a temporary full-time shop assistant to work within their friendly team. You will be responsible for helping out on the shop floor; stock taking and being required to serve customers on the till. This position is based on the outskirts of Chichester with free parking and discounts within the store!
They would like someone to start immediately.
This is a 40-hour working week on a rota basis. You will work five days out of seven, this will occasionally include weekends. 9am - 5.30pm.
You will be paid £8.75 per hour.
They are looking for someone who has the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous retail or garden centre experience
- Experience in cash handling and being confident at working on tills would be desirable
- Quick learner
- Flexible and reliable
Due to its location, your own transport would be advised as there is no access to public transport.
