Job Description
Are you an experienced Production Team Leader or Shop Floor Manager with a good understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing Processes? I have an exciting role for you based in Havant. Keep reading for more information.

Working for an exciting busy Subcontracting Machine Company based in Havant. You will be reporting into the Production Manager being the Shop Floor Management you will be in charge of the shop floor and all the staff. You will need to understand Engineering processes to enable you to plan the production for the day and ensure targets are met.
The package:
Monday-Friday 40 hours per week including an early finish on Fridays. Paying £41,600pa.
What do you need?
- Excellent people management
- Manufacturing or Engineering background
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Production Planning would be an advantage
