Site Installation Manager

Are you an experienced construction site/installation manager? Do you have experience working across Structural/Architectural projects? If so, we have a role based in Braintree and surrounding areas.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours a week. Reporting to the structural and architectural director, there will be a mixture of working on various construction sites and also in the office. Your main purpose will be to undertake the supervision of the working sites, ensure all workers are present and on time, all health and safety is adhered to and much more.

What will I be doing?

You will be in charge of multiple construction sites which are mostly situated around the South East such as Ashford and up to stretching out to Braintree, Cambridge, London. You will be managing Structural/Architectural installation projects and must ensure all the sites are completing the desired work on time and in a safe environment. Completing risk assessments in the process, ensuring all site teams are appraised, creating and monitoring site specific method statements, liaising all updates to the structural and architectural director, this will be done on a 121 basis as well as attending site meetings.

What do I need?

• Site/Installation Management on Construction sites required.
• Understanding of Structural/Architectural Projects.
• Must be able to work in a quick paced environment with last minute changes.
• Must have SMSTS.

• Outstanding communication and time-keeping skills must need.
• Ample leadership qualities to lead others.
• Health & Safety and risk assessment/audit understanding.
