This Stores Team Leader position, working for a Rubber Moulding company in Aldershot is an exciting opportunity. They are offering working hours of Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 16:30pm, with an early finish of 12pm on a Friday! The role is also paying around £32,000 dependent on experience.

This family run company specialise in the manufacture of technical bespoke rubber mouldings and products. Based in Aldershot, they have been operating for over 50 years, providing innovation to a number of industries such as Aerospace, Military and Medical.

This Stores Team Lead position will have a variety of responsibilities within their role. They will be required to maintain inventory levels to ensure deliveries and requirements are met, including distribution of supplies within the business. They will also be needed to help structure and supervise stock counts. There will be an element of people management as well, with the team being around 4 or 5 members. This will involve supervision and mentor other staff. There is an important element of liaison with other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements are being met, aiding with planning and forecasting orders. It will also be there responsibility to ensure that staff are adhering to procedures and policies. The successful candidate will also need to maintain ERP systems and company records.

You will need:

• Experience within Warehouse or Stores environments

• Experience with people management, supervision and coaching

• Ideally a Counterbalance Forklift License

• A strong understanding of ERP systems

• Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting

• Exceptional communication

• Strong IT skills

• Experience with LEAN techniques would be advantageous
