Joining our construction and architectural client, we are looking for a salesperson to develop and increase business in the Structural and Architectural department. You would be tasked with developing new sales and managing existing clients to ensure business is sustainable and profitable. You would be assisting with sales budgets, developing and improving client relationships, expanding on the company's profile, using an innovative mindset to understand new sales strategies and occasionally external visits to customers!

The package: This role is paying up to £35,000 annually with additional benefits such as: company pension scheme, 20 days holiday + bank holiday, life insurance, a health cash plan to support every day healthcare costs, free parking on site and much more…

What do you need?

• Previous proven experience working within sales in a Construction industry.
• The ability to use CRM systems.
• Previous experience with producing Sales summaries and preparing Sales budgets.
• Being IT literate and to work on administrative tasks and log information correctly.
• A keen mindset to keep business at the forefront and business development success.
• Positive attitude in order to hit KPI's and targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
