Job Description

Support Worker

I am currently looking for Support Workers to work with a particular client base in the Brighton Area.

As well as receiving a generous starting salary of £9.50 per hour you will also be contracted to work over 37.5 hours per week in a mixture of early, late, and/or long shifts which may include sleep-ins (you will get paid an extra £50 for every sleep in you do). Have your birthday off, PAID!!! And, enjoy a staff party, courtesy of the Maureen and Derin (the Directors)

You will be supporting adults with a range of Learning Disabilities which include Autism, sensory impairments, social anxieties, and some forms of Mental Health conditions. The service users at this service are all individuals in their own way, they are trendy, edgy, and fit right in with the Brighton crowd!

In-depth training and induction will be provided to enable you to know your role and really enjoy putting it into practice. The service users live within the Brighton Community. You will spend time with them in their own accommodation providing support, advice, and the reassurance they need to live as independently as they can while ensuring their choices and preferences are respected.

This provider breathes and lives its values and ethos. They care about the people they support, their families and you! They are passionate about creating positive change that lasts and like to measure successful outcomes! What is more exciting is that you have an opportunity here to be part of something truly special and put your stamp on my client's journey.

If you are ready to be part of this amazing family-friendly employer, enjoy the employee benefits, meet an amazing Leadership Team and Support Staff team and spend quality time with the services users and go home at the end of the day with a smile on your face knowing that you are appreciated, cared about, and valued then stop reading and click on APPLY NOW!
