Job Description

Are you a Support Worker with experience working in a support service role with adults and children? We're currently recruiting for Support Worker roles in the Brighton area. You will be based mainly in residential homes for children and adults with learning disabilities.

There are day and night shifts available, and the salary ranges from £9.50 to £15.00 per hour, d. Working flexible hours throughout the week, evenings and weekends, you'll work and engage individually and collectively with service users and encourage and facilitate choice, diversity and appropriate personalised activities. As a Support Worker, you'll provide personal care for people in accordance with their care plans and deliver a high standard of care.

Having a sense of care and empathy in your work is integral to this Support Worker role. You'll need to be a natural listener and communicator. Patients and their families will engage with you daily and need to be treated with respect and dignity. Learning disability support workers need to be fully integrated into the mental health and well-being of everyone they work with.
