I am recruiting for Support Workers to join our growing team in providing high levels of assistance, care and companionship to a selection of clients located in Brighton.
We have been providing outstanding Support Workers to a range of care services for decades, our client list is actively growing allowing us to offer you a variety of service types to support as well as different shift types available to suit you! We will offer you the chance to work alongside Residential Children's Homes, Supported Living Services, Housing Projects, School Clubs, Hostels, Care Homes, Youth Centres and the list goes on!

We want you to have full control of how little or much you want to work which is why we will offer you earlies, lates, long days, wake nights and sleep-ins across the entire week to ensure that you have full flexibility and a great work-life balance!
Typical duties include participating in meetings, ensuring the service is safe throughout the day by performing checks, recording observations and updating the logbook where required. You will be expected to support service users with their morning or evening routines, assist with cooking and cleaning duties as well as partake in fun activities during the day whether they be inside or external such as going into the community! You will provide both emotional and physical support, promote independence and teach key life skills such as shopping or using public transport. Other tasks can include accompanying them to appointments, completing routine checks, encouraging them to pursue their interests or hobbies, administering medication where required and additional duties given by management on shift.
We will offer you the chance to support and work alongside children and young people, vulnerable young adults, those at risk of homelessness, adults with learning disabilities or physical disabilities, individuals with specific medical needs or elderly service uses.
