FPR Group are currently searching for great support workers specialising in supporting vulnerable young adults aged between 16 - 25 within a supported accommodation project based in Newhaven!

Working alongside a friendly care team your knowledge and experience will always be growing throughout your time with us! You will be working alongside a friendly client who offers excellent quality temporary accommodation and access to permanent move-on accommodation. Whilst on shift here you will always receive a handover with the previous night staff and from here your duties involve performing welfare checks on some of the individuals in the service, posting letters, light admin such as filing and keeping an eye on emails, providing emotional support, hourly building patrol to ensure safety throughout the service and of course providing a positive and supportive environment at all times which can make the difference to someone's day.

The ideal individual will have previous experience working alongside young people, be able to cope with challenging behaviour, have knowledge regarding aspects of mental health and ideally have a general sense of housing. But of course, we need you to be motivated, polite and have good communication skills!
