I am currently recruiting for flexible Support Workers within the area of Brighton & Hove, East Sussex to provide care and support to Vulnerable Adults aged 18 to 65. With work available immediantly we are offering a range of shift types from days, lates, earlies, wake nights, sleep ins, long days and work across the weekends and bank holidays too! You will be predominatly working within the service users own home which will be Brighton based where you will working alongside adults with autism, mental health conditions and learning disabilities with specialised person-centred care.
Using your previous experience within the care sector, you will already have the key skills and mindset to confidently provide support to each service user. You will be reliable, resilient, understanding and non-judgemental and of course dedicated to ensuring the needs of each adult is at the forefront of your work. Being able to drive is not essential for this role as majority of the service users are accessible via public transport or walking distance from the head office based in Kemptown.
