We at FPR Group are recruiting for a Systems Administrator, Marketing and Reservation Manager. We are looking for someone who has a variety of skills and experience, an "all-rounder". You will be working for our well-established client within a restaurant and hotel environment. Our client's occupancy rate is generally over 70% with a combination of corporate and private clients. They use Clock PMS as their property management system (PMS) with integrations with Booking.com and also automatic rate management software called Atomize.
The Duties and responsibilities of this position are broken into three main areas as follows:
Main responsibilities are:
- Liaising with corporate and private clients for their accommodation requirements
- Managing and monitoring the PMS
- Financial management of accommodation
- Laundry management
- Managing a small housekeeping team
In addition to the PMS they also use an EPOS system for bar and restaurant sales as well as an online ordering system and inventory management system. The main responsibilities relating to this area are:
- Management and maintenance of the EPOS system along with its various integrations
- Management and maintenance of the online ordering system
The client use Lightspeed POS L Series, MarketMan (inventory management) and Storekit through Deliverect for our takeaway service.
The company use a number of different marketing tools including social media marketing, web site marketing and traditional print marketing. During regular non-covid opening scenarios they hold regular events in addition to our regular weekly and monthly events, these need to be properly marketed. Main responsibilities are:
- Social media marketing mainly through Facebook Business but also Instagram and Twitter, our own website. Various tools are available for this purpose
- Creation of marketing material, we generally use Canva for this purpose
- Preparation of menus and leaflets for printing and distribution.
- Use of Facebook Business, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite and Canva
The successful candidate should have a strong IT background and have history of preparing social media advertising campaigns. Ideally with experience of managing an EPOS system and hotel reservations.
The position currently involves working one day over a weekend and also early evening due to the limited opening times we are working around a takeaway schedule in the evenings. When things are under normal circumstances, they run regular events at the weekends and so you may need to be involved in the organisation of these events. It will consist of 37.5hrs a week. However, the successful candidate would need to be flexible.
Salary: Up to £26,500
