Team Manager - Customer Acquisition

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a well-established financial services company based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This company are expanding and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. Leading a team of Customer Acquisition Agents, you will provide the leadership that ensures the company culture and values are part of everyday activities and result in team and individuals achieving their targets and objectives,

Role Responsibilities -

Your role will see you responsible for providing day to day management of a growing team of individuals, ensuring appropriate levels of resource are available to achieve targets.

You will need to develop the team through on going coaching and activities as well as providing regular feedback and coaching through 121's and appropriate people management activities i.e. absence management, performance management etc. You will ensure accurate and timely information management and work with colleagues at all levels to continuously improve the performance of yourself and your colleagues.

You must be confident in dealing with confidential and difficult situations, building relationships with all members of the team.

You will need to develop appropriate ways to communicate to the team and individuals, creating ways in which the team can share ideas for performance improvement. Motivation is a key are to this role so developing not only the teams but your own motivation and boosting role is a daily feature.

You will plan work schedules, team performance based on accurate data and analysis as well as ensuring team members understand what needs to be achieved, measuring performance in a fair and equitable way. Success is celebrated at this company so new ideas of how to show someone a well done are welcomed by all.

Your Experience-

You must have good analytical skills to identify trends, issues etc. Have experience in problem solving and strong organisational and planning skills. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must as you will be the go to person. You must have experience of managing a front line team and working with people at different levels of business. It is an advantage if you have worked in a regulatory environment and worked at a fast pace with limited resources. You will need to have experience of developing and coaching a team.
