Why this role in particular? Building on your experience and success of regular billing, we will fully support your mission of developing new client relationships so that you can earn industry leading enhanced commission from the placements you make with them. We don't have a cap or threshold on commission, your earnings are entirely in your own hands. We have LinkedIn licensing, major job boards to source from, we use Broadbean to ensure advertising nationally across all major boards is efficient to do. We also have digital signing software for swift terms of business reviews and candidate registrations, we have an extensive CRM platform to work off as well as a team around you all happy to help support and share ideas on how to maximise every opportunity you take on.
What can I earn? In your first year with us your expected OTE will be at least £32k up to £42k depending on your experience and ability.
What else do I need?
- We are seeking a proven recruiter with demonstrable success in leading long lasting and successful relationships, so you will be at least 2-3 years into your technical recruitment career already.
- Confidence and being a first-class communicator (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Positivity and enthusiasm.
- Driving license and car - for when the world gets back to 'normal'.
- Industry recognised certification would be advantageous but not essential.
