Job Description

Do you have experience with fault finding and repairing machinery? Do you enjoy interacting with people and problem solving? If so, then this role is for you!

This role is for a Technical Test Engineer. The role is working for a company based in Farnborough. The working hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on a Friday. The role is also paying a salary of up to £35,000.

The company is a leading manufacturer in the inspection and detection industry. This means that they manufacture machinery used for a number of different industries to ensure products and produce are sold in the correct condition.

The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with customers and be a point of contact to identify issues and problem solve over the phone to try and fix the problem. If required, the machine will be brought back to the company, where it is then the responsibility of the candidate to fault find and fix the issue, to then reissue the machine.

The company also offers 25 days holiday, standard pension contribution and free onsite parking.

You will need:

• Experience with fault finding and electrical repair

• Experience with testing machinery

• Experience within a manufacturing environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• Great communication skills
