FPR are recruiting for a temporary Administration Assistant to work for our friendly client within a beautiful location in Midhurst. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is customer and team focused and has experience in administration.
This role is temporary for 3 months, starting Tuesday 3rd of April. This is a part time role, working 30 hours a week which is flexible to you to work over 4 days or 5 days. No weekend work! The hourly rate is £8.75.
You will be working as administration support for two key teams within the business. Your daily duties will include; taking telephone enquiries, typing up reports and documents, creating letters and sending out information and application packs. Your organisational skills will assist you when arranging meetings, dairy management and updating the inhouse database with new and existing client details.
Due to its location, your own transport would be advised as there is no access to public transport.
