Job Description

Temporary Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join an impressive and growing international based manufacturing organisation in Segensworth. This is a on an ongoing temporary contract and you will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with any Administration, filing or scanning needed. You need to have good attention to detail to spot error and be happy to liaise with a wide range of staff members.

Applicants are invited to apply through the Commercial Division of FPR Group and interviews will be carried out shortly.

You will require the following skills and experience:-

  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment or similar.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Highly responsive & pro-active
  • Happy to work alone or as a team
  • Excellent computer skills.

Within this position you will often be the key link between employees and external customers. You may be asked to assist with phone calls and emails on occasion and be happy to check various worksheets.

There is limited handover for this role so you will need to be able to hit the ground running and be confident in your administration ability.

The hours for this position are flexible so you can start at 7:30 and finish at 4:30 or start later at 9 and finish at 6. The company offers a half day on a Friday and free parking on site.
