Job Description

Are you an experienced Town Planner? Do you have experience being responsible for own work? If so, this role working for a rapidly growing Real Estate and Asset Management company is for you!

This Town Planner role is working for a Real Estate and Asset Management Partnership in Stanmore, North London. Due to their exciting and rapid growth, the company is looking to add to their Stanmore branch. They are offering regular office hours. The salary is dependent on experience, up to around £40,000.

This role is a great opportunity for the successful candidate as they will be responsible for all the planning in the Stanmore branch. This includes using CAD and ArcGis to design solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning applications, research local regulations and staying up to date with regulations. They will also be required to liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders such as other branches, local government and parties, contractors and clients. The role also includes drafting plans and designs. It is important to note that the successful candidate will also have to attend and present at planning boards and company meetings.

You will need:

• A qualification in a relevant subject area

• Experience as a Town Planner or similar

• To have experience using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and AutoCAD

• To be able to create professional reports and be comfortable presenting

• A keen eye to detail and great organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills
