FPR Group has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the bright central Havant office. The team headed up by Will, will focus on supplying temporary workers to amazing companies in a fast based buzzy environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your recruitment journey surrounded by friendly recruitment professionals in a supportive environment who will support your development in to a successful Recruitment Consultant. As well as a structured internal program of training you will also have specialist external recruitment industry training leading to the recognised qualifications Certificate in Recruitment Practice and an NVQ Level 3 in Recruitment.

In this role, your people skills will shine as we train you in finding the best candidates for job roles through matching, leveraging social media, and crafting amazing ads. Previous sales experience will be required, as your ability to build relationships and sell our services will be instrumental in your success.
