The role will primarily be working efficiently as a team restoring damaged or worn furniture back to original condition ready to distribute into a competitive market using traditional and current techniques. Using a range of tools including polishing bonnets and discs to ensure high standards are met whilst working in a fast-paced & friendly environment. Chemicals will be used in this job when priming and masking so past experience & knowledge will be helpful. You will also be following a weekly prototyping schedule as well as having the capabilities of producing prototypes to a finished product.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the furniture manufacturing industry who is looking to embark on a new challenge for an expanding company. The successful candidate will be working on a temporary basis, but with determination and a high standard of work, a permanent position could be available.
The position will be 39 hours per week Monday to Friday with free parking on-site.
