Job Description

Are you an experienced Waking Night Support Worker or someone who has had some personal experience with homlessness, substance misuse and other difficult backgrounds? Are you someone who wants to make a positive difference to vulnerable people's lives? Would you like to work for a busy Health and Social Care Agency and receive great rates of pay?

Due to extremely HIGH and REGULAR demand, we are looking to recruit Waking Nights Support Workers. We can provide you with a choice of work settings throughout WEST SUSSEX AND HAMPSHIRE - FROM SOUTHAMPTON TO WORTHING which can range from Homeless centres, Rehab Centres, Foyers, Children's Homes, Family Centres, Supported living and so much more.

You will ideally possess the skills and mindset capable of working with vulnerable people who have had to face a number of traumatic issues. Of which could lead to exhibiting challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties. You will be emotionally resilient, patient and empathetic. Understanding the need for consistency in your approach and to provide safe boundaries is of paramount importance.
