Have you accumulated great Warehouse experience and are keen to take on a PERMANENT Warehouse Team Leader role paying £28,000 working Monday to Friday days at a fantastic company near to Portsmouth? If so then read on to learn more!!
Working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 3.30pm finish on Fridays and 10 hours of overtime available if you wish, this role also offers 25 days of leave, a decent pension and most importantly development moving forwards being supported by a globally established and significantly growing company.

As a Warehouse Team Leader 30 to 40% of your days will be supervising the team of 10 in the warehouse, motivating them, conducting reviews with them, taking care of their holiday requests, breaks, assigning overtime etc. The rest of the role will see you being hands on within materials handling and really leading by example. Receipt of raw materials, movement of materials, check over documentation, pick and pack if needed.
What must I have?
- Strong background in working within a busy warehouse
- A least a years' experience of supervising others within a warehouse, 1to1's, running daily stand up meets with the team.
- Proactive approach, always thinking of the solution and continuous improvements
- A great communicator with a positive outlook
- Flexibility to help out when required
- SAP experience desirable
