As a Semi-Automated Machine Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating semi-automated welding machines to achieve precise and high-quality welds.
- Setting up machines according to specifications, including the selection of appropriate welding techniques, materials, and settings.
- Monitoring machine operations, making necessary adjustments to optimise performance.
- Conducting thorough quality checks and inspections on finished welds to meet industry standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any welding process issues that may arise.
To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous welding experience, preferably with expertise in operating semi-automated welding machines.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Ability to operate welding equipment and tools safely.
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
