Senior Customer Representative (Supply Chain Management)

Position Overview:

As a Customer Representative, you'll be an integral part of a friendly, hard working customer service team. Your mission? To ensure seamless order fulfilment, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for a designated group of business customers (Repairs, OE, Military, Commercial).
• Lead regular conference calls and customer business reviews.
• Nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Own and curate your assigned customer order books.
• Keep promise dates accurate.
• Maintain data integrity like a pro.
• Perform contract reviews to ensure orders are correctly entered into the ERP system and other support databases.
• Negotiate order priorities.
• When things get urgent, expedite customer orders internally to meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Customer Whisperer: You've got proven experience in customer service or supply chain management. Customers love you, and you know how to keep them smiling.

Communication Maestro: Your written and verbal skills are top-notch. You can lead a conference call like a TED Talk.

Attention to Detail: You spot data discrepancies faster than a hawk spots a mouse.

Commercial Savvy: You understand the business landscape and can navigate it with finesse.

Tech Ninja: Proficiency in ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Location:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be based on site located in Fareham.

Salary:

Competitive salary package from £45,000 based on experience and qualifications.
