PART TIME Accounts Administrator

Need a part time role to fit in with required work life balance? Does a role as an Account Administrator appeal to you? If so then read on now!

Paying an hourly rate from £13.15 up to £14.17 an hour, as an Accounts Administrator you will be joining a well established Aerospace company based in Segensworth near to Fareham just off junction 9 on the M27.

This role will be a busy part time role where you would be supporting the financial departments. You will also be able to support the sales and purchase ledger functions of the entire group gaining great accountability and experience.

You'll ensure all cashbooks are updated regularly, all expenses are reimbursed, invoices are copied and logged correctly and be well involved with administrative tasks such as: supporting holiday cover, setting up new suppliers & new customers, general accounts administration and much more.

So What do I need?

  • Previous accounts assistant/administration work experience.
  • A general understanding of payroll/financial functions within an organisation.
  • A strong work ethic to hit the ground running and manage your own workload.
  • The ability to work in a team environment with the capabilities of working alone when required.
  • An outside of the box thinking methodology and good mentality to brainstorm new ideas.

The Package: This role is paying between £13.15 and £14.17 an hour and is a part time position. There is flexibility on hours, with a maximum of 6 hours per day between the hours of 7am and 5pm across Monday to Thursday.
