Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Excellence: Delight our clients (and win new business!)with your exceptional customer service skills. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses that uphold our company's reputation for excellence.

  2. IT Proficiency: Harness the power of technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Proficiency in IT tools and systems is crucial for success in this role. Excel, Outlook and internal systems will be used daily in this role.

  3. Sales Expertise: Utilise your sales acumen to pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships. Your ability to identify and capitalise on business prospects will drive our company's growth trajectory.

  4. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and systems.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Knowlegde of engineering processes and terminology would be ideal, although no formal qualifications are needed.
