As the EHS Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of our employees, protecting the environment, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement innovative safety initiatives, and shape the future of aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs and policies to enhance workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
📋 Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
🤝 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organisation.
🔍 Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
📊 Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.
📝 Prepare and submit regulatory reports, permits, and documentation as required by local, state, and federal agencies.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field would be very beneficial.
🔧 Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
💼 Strong knowledge of relevant regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and FAA requirements.
💡 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
🤝 Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
📈 Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in EHS performance.
