Are you looking for a great new opportunity in the manufacturing sector? Our client is currently looking for a dedicated worker to join their established team.

FPR Group are recruiting for a Factory Operative at one of the south coast's leading fragrance companies. This role will start on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential to join the team in a permanent position.

Joining the factory team as a Filling Line Operator will provide the imperative link between the manufacturing and distribution process, making you a crucial member of the team.

Your duties will include filling up different sized containers with the fragrance compound. You will package and label the fragrances ensuring all labels have been printed correctly and are readable. You will be expected to keep your work station clean and tidy as well as ensuring the filling line is cleaned before a new fragrance is filled. You may also be required to help in the factory warehouse.

Working hours Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and 3pm finish on Fridays. 36.5 hours a week. This is a great company that values their workers which is shown by their competitive pay rate (with a significant increase coming in April). There is free parking available and great public transport links to the site (10 minute walk from train station and 2 minutes from the bus stop).

Great attention to detail as well as precision and accuracy is key for you to excel in this role. We are looking for someone self motivated with the ability to use your own initiative. Heavy lifting is involved in the role so you will need to be physically fit and able to spend the day on your feet.
