Are you experienced when it comes to QHSE compliance? Do you have experience within manufacturing and engineering environments? Have you worked to high standards such as ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001 or ISO45001? If so, this QHSE Compliance Officer position is perfect for you!

This QHSE Compliance Officer position is working for an Electronics Manufacturer in Andover. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, with an early finish of 3:30pm on a Friday. The role is also paying up to £45,000 depending on experience. This role is a fully on-site position.

The purpose of this role is to support the integration of the company's quality strategy by aiding the development of a positive quality culture, and promote this throughout the organisation. One responsibility of the role will be to develop the business management system. This will be to mainly support the company with their accreditations, ensure the company is compliant with the standards, and continuously developing. They are also looking for someone to take a focus and lead from an EHS Management stance point to aid with management of the BMS. There will also be an aspect of document control within this role and management of audits to ensure relevant procedures are being carried out, recorded, reported and acted upon. As part of the Quality team, this role will also support the Product Quality Manager with product rejections, customer concerns, quality concerns and inspections. They will also aid the HSE Advisor with HSE compliance.

You will need:

  • Ideally a NEBOSH internal certificate for H&S or equivalent
  • Demonstratable experience in Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability compliance
  • Internal auditing knowledge and experience
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment or similar
  • A strong understanding of HSE legislation and practices
