Senior Wind Safety, Risk and Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Wind Safety Engineer who has a massive passion for renewables, clean energy and making a real difference. Joining an international consultancy, you will have 5+ years' experience within the Wind (Preferably offshore wind), Renewables, Clean Energy, or similar industries.

The Package: This role is paying an annual salary of £50k+ depending on experience (Open to all conversations). Further benefits include a performance related bonus, 25 days holiday, company pension scheme, medical insurance cover and more…

This individual is expected to have a great understanding of: HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, Fire Risk Analysis, QRA and Bow-Tie studies. Building on their current experience across the Wind, Renewables and Clean Energy industries, you will be one of the leading individuals across the company in the Wind Industry (Preferably offshore), exploring all potential business opportunities, leading workshops, mentoring juniors, and spearheading the department forward.

What do I need?

• Previous experience across the Wind Industry, preferably in offshore wind, ideally 5+ years' experience, however we are open to conversations with individuals with more.
• A degree across an engineering and/or science discipline. Would be open to individuals with education across process safety, risk, and reliability engineering.
• Must have experience and the ability to lead workshops such as: HAZIDs & HAZOPs.
• Need to have a client facing skillset, demonstrate consulting skills through previous experience and lead client talks.
• An ambitious mindset, looking at the growth of the team and leading this.
