Job Description
Are you someone with Sous Chef experience, looking for an exciting new temporary opportunity? We are seeking someone to come in and help through the busy summer period, at a family-owned bed and breakfast styled pub in the heart of Selsey.
You will be working around 27 hours over Friday Saturday and Sunday with another Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie. The restaurant holds a maximum of 65 covers with a traditional pub style menu. There is free parking available on the site and a free meal is offered for any shift over 5 hours.
A successful candidate will have to be self-motivated and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar Chef role and environment.
