Key Responsibilities:

  4. Report Writing: Craft comprehensive reports detailing warranty analysis findings, offering actionable recommendations to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

  5. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and customer service teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives based on warranty analysis outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field would be beneficial, but not required.
  • Proven experience in warranty analysis within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
  • Exceptional report writing and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
