As a Spot Welder Assembler, you will:

  • Perform micro-precision welding on small to medium stainless steel components, crafting high-quality products.
  • Use both hand tools and guillotines for the accurate cutting of mesh, achieving straight seams with proficiency.
  • Read and interpret measuring equipment, drawings, and job instructions with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Operate microscopes and monitor screens for intricate close-up work, ensuring each piece meets rigorous production targets and quality standards.
  • Exhibit flexibility by assisting in other departments, such as dispatch, maintaining the fluid operation of the production line.

What Do I need?

  • Exceptional manual dexterity, comfortable sitting for extended periods.
  • A natural ability to perform detailed work under a microscope and excellent hand-to-eye coordination.
  • A team-oriented attitude, capable of working autonomously but thriving within a collaborative team.
